BACKFahad Alkobrish is a Saudi-qualified Associate with experience in dispute resolution, litigation, bankruptcy, commercial disputes, securities matters, and banking cases. He is licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and holds the Saudi Professional Accreditation Certificate for Legal Professionals.
Fahad has developed solid experience in studying disputes and providing practical legal solutions in line with applicable laws and professional standards. His practice includes advising companies, attending court hearings, appearing before courts and quasi-judicial committees, and drafting legal memoranda, statements of claim, and pleadings.
He also has experience in reviewing commercial cases and bankruptcy files, representing creditors, debtors, and bankruptcy trustees throughout various bankruptcy procedures. In addition, Fahad has worked on securities disputes, banking cases, and the study and organization of class actions.
Fahad holds a Bachelor of Laws from King Saud University in Riyadh, where he graduated with an Excellent grade and First-Class Honors.
